Central Point (CBD One) - 2020

Central Point is a multi-storey office building, which is being built in the city of Warsaw in the Śródmieście district, will be located at 37 Zielna St. at the intersection of Świętokrzyska and Marszałkowska. It also operates under the name CBD One. The construction of the building began in April 2019 and will last 26 months. The total area of this office building will reach over 19 thousand. m2, of which the largest part is occupied by offices - 18,000 m2, less retail space - over 1,000 m2. The building is an investment project of Immobel Poland.
