3T OFFICE PARK Gdynia - 2019

The 3T Office Park office buildings complex is being built in Gdynia at Kazimierza Górskiego Street.
The total area of this complex will amount to 54900 m2, of which the largest part is occupied by offices - 38500 m2.
- the investment consists of three towers with class A offices
- the office building received the Interim certificate in the British BREEAM building assessment system at the Excellent level
The AHR Architects London office is responsible for the project.
The Sports Center Centrum C and Sportowa Centrum are located nearby and the Modern Tower building is under construction.
